Came back not too long ago from Osaka and went to Matsushima Shinci. Was much more vibrant as compared to earlier Q1 when I was there.

Was in nagoya and not much options for gaijin. After some research, found this place - Muse Spa. Staff speaked little english but was able to communicate through google translate.
