Read up a bit on aged men(late 40s, early 50s) sexual health.

So there is sexual fatigue, where for reasons related to aging, the sex drive decreases, eg lower testosterone.
At that age, its just the sex drive that is lower, and maybe the stamina, but not the ability to have sex (thank goodness. of course if ability compromised, there are still pills to help out.)

I look at it from another angle, where we have gone through the quantity phase, and are now looking for quality, where the before and after of sexual intercourse are just as important and satisfying.

So, this is what growing old is like.... :cool:

This is a natural law that cannot be avoided. just the difference in age, when it starts to weaken. everyone has differences.

Personally I had felt a massive change to myself compared to 30s and now 40s.
Less easy to get arouse despite having pretty sexy girls.

I feel that I need more time to chat, foreplay with good feel in order for me to get hard to enjoy it.

Although I had just completed my JG treatment with LL jie, I am still monitoring myself to see do I get hard very easily at sexy naked girls or I still need time to warm up before that.

30s, no issue actually. After trying out As, I think I am getting more and more particular about boob size too.

Quality > quantity is a yes for now.
I rather DIY then go for quantity.

But what I am trying to improve is less or stop prawn totally, and DIY to see if I can get arouse as easily as before

It's a few factors that cause what you are facing now. Age, libido, experience.
I recalled when I was young, even a bumpy bus ride, or a random groin brushing against a butt in a crowded train could cause an erection.
Now that I m in my 50s, a boner in the morning is occasional.
Even when cumming, no longer shot like inches away, the semen literally just spill out.
Like you, rather PCC than commercial or trying to find a FB. Pathetic or just due to being lazy for been there, done that. What's new?

Because of age, it's not that I no longer have lust, but it seems that hormones have also decreased

I am in mid-50s, I wanted to ascertain if I still have it at this age (perhaps 2-3 times a day max IMHO). I exercise regularly and recently found the excuse to go overseas to take part in a sports event. I booked a FL for 5 days, thinking I could still do 2-3 times/day, however, I was wrong..............I even prepare Spanish fly for her while I had Viagra. I don't have ED but would love to have sex 2-3 times a day if possible. Eventually, it was probably once daily on average. There was once I did have a 2nd time but could not keep it hard for long. I am still hoping to fulfill 2-3 times a day, perhaps will try again next time.
