Why would you want to text them in English? It's just the standard Mandarin phrases one usually uses when booking the ML. This shouldn't be a big issue especially with the availability of translation tools out there.

When you meet the ML, you duly inform her your spoken Mandarin isn't good, so she wouldn't need to engage in a conversation with you whereby you're struggling to understand what she's saying, or more importantly, she can take the initiative to use simpler sentences to get her point across; e.g. how many shots you want, is the aircon too cold, is the massage strength too hard, etc.

Communication with the MLs is very basic - where is your location and what time are you free? I'm here. You don't really need more.

Of course if you can converse in person then it helps build chemistry.

Note also that there are some differences in lingo between our and mainland Mandarin so don't feel self conscious when you don't understand some words. I always keep an open mind when I am confused.

MLs are for pleasure but it's also a nice chance to practice a little Chinese and learn about China. :)
