Yeah, do our part to keep our country safe so that we can restart our normal life again soonest possible. Better do not visit any ML. If get caught visiting (not only ML, even visiting your friend), the penalty will be very harsh. Gov is taking this very serious in order to contain the virus.

Govt discourage people to socialise and minimise movements..... but there is no penalty for not adhering to the advice as for now.

There is no "official" penalty but there are many possibilities for "unofficial" ones.

If a new cluster is formed as a result of such actions, there is a possibility that they write something like Mr A from Industry B , went to look for ML in area C, and caused the new cluster.. and people who know Mr A in person would be able to connect the dots..especially more so if contact tracing is going to be done on Mr A's contacts.
