Also JB had a category for RTC, temp and permanent. So there could be a main table of active MLs, followed by tables for temp RTC and perm RTC/retired (understand this is a lot of work too).

A few points:
1) Keep the tiers simple, 1,2,3, try not to glorify, status like S carry a lot of weight and to season players may not meet the benchmark.
2) Have your own evaluation system that is measureable, like your positive and negative MRs are good. Then you have to weigh the percentage and shift the tiers. Take MRs from a variety of sources (different bros) and not the same repeated to be fair. You have to decide which are credible, eg years joined.
3) Keep your list agenda free. Base it on logical reasoning.

My two cents, nothing much.
