Your chances of catching HIV are remote. I think you're wasting your money with PEP but if it brings you peace of mind then it's your choice.

However you should test for the rest of the STDs that can be screened for after the window period.

Unfortunately, I got Herpes HPV-1 from oral job. My MP lover have had a severe sore throat and was supposed to have recovered from it. A week after the oral job, I had 2 ulcers on my shaft. Went for test and confirmed I contracted Herpes HPV-1.

There is always a risk of contraction. I always thought the risk is very low. When one person is really suay, who knows - chances of contraction increased.

It's impossible to quantify without knowing all the parameters involved in your particular case.

I would estimate it at "medium" risk.

Of course that assumes that she has an STD. If she is clean the chances are ZERO.

At the end of the day just get tested after the appropriate window period and then move on from there.

there have been some report that suggest that, but nothing solid enough to support it.. and even if it does, it is probably only useful against gonorrhea...

herpes is HSV not HPV and it is one of the most common STD and the risk of getting it is pretty high.... alot of people has it but isnt aware that they have it.

OMFG. are you serious that you are on Pep? Did the doctor prescribe you to be on Pep.?
What I can tell you from here is... Pep does more harm than good to your body based on the exposure that you described.

not saying he should take PEP because of the BJ.. but i dont see your logic..

PEP - have to be taken within 3 days(72 hours) after exposure to be effective against HIV

HIV - earliest window period will be about 15 days ...

work that out and you will understand what i mean..

19 days since I recieved bbbj from a massage lady. Today when brushing teeth I notice a white bump on my lips. Started to get quite worried. Is it symptoms of HSV?

Initially wanted to wait till after 30days to go for a HIV test. Now abit gancheong and the 2weeks wait is too long. What test normally do you guys do after recieving a bbbj?
