There was a condo I went once, some 2 storey unit which seems to have been renovated to become like a massage shop with multiples rooms, each room had mainly a bed and attached shower pod, quite small space inside the pod.

I see her ad is up again. I thought she kena uplorry? She still can open business? Like that would it be dangerous to visit?

Yes, technically it will be."safer". AV won't deliberately aim for her anymore, because cannot be charged for the same offence twice. But if suay, wrong time wrong place, kenna raided and caught for another offence, like drugs or whatever, can be charged. If not, they will just scold her for doing the same thing.
