If you like our health system or hate it, send your comments to Ms Teoh Zsin Woon, Deputy Secretary (Development) Ministry of Health, who is responsible for all the new schemes flowing out of that ministry.

And she sits on the board of NEA ...yes, that famous agency that can't control dengue but is fighting with the WP TC over cleaning of ceilings in hawker centres. The NEA sure has its priority correct. And Ms. Teoh is doing a fine job as a director of NEA.
