Condom broke with sex worker
 

Had sex recently with a sex worker whereby condom broke but only discovered after cumming.

Prior 3 to 4 days before the sex I had those like penis cut from likely over fapping. Cos I felt like the cut has closed so went to find sex worker.

Any advice for this with regards to potential risks? Am consider taking up PreP but was discouraged as an immediate go to by the doc.

Cut supposedly unseeable as of today but when cum will feel itchy around the area. By the way is the area around the rim of the fore skin. Not the first time I got it but this episode is my first encounter with regards to it.

Hi bro, if its within 72hrs of your exposure, and if u feel that there is a high chance of something u can go for PEP, reduces the risk by 90%. If not only thing u can do is monitor n wait till 1mth times up before going for a full test.

Supposedly if it's an opportunistic sex encounter, it's relatively easy to impregnate / get pregnant. Evolution shapes us this way.

It's as if your body systems know that there is perhaps only one chance to impregnate this female and spread your genes. Somehow everything is geared up to make full use of that one chance. Sperm become more active and swim faster? Unfortunately that is also why rapes and one-night stands often result in pregnancy with only a one-time unprotected encounter.

Versus a female that you have exclusive and repeated rights to have sex with, for example, a girlfriend or wife. Sperm becomes lazy. That is why you hear of married couples being unable to have children despite following the optimum conditions for sex, the timing, position and all, over weeks or months.

You got a good tip for all those couples who are trying and trying yet unable to have children. True, trying watching porn while doing it, might just be the trick to activate the sperm. But somehow i know some women, especially the married, will be too prudish to try such things. Those wild ones usually stay single!
