My PRC mistress who is on work permit (WP) in SG, is pregnant. Questions: Can she get abortion in SG and still keep WP? If want to keep baby and give birth in SG, how can she register birth?

I presume you really mean Work Permit and not S Pass or Employment Pass. If that is indeed the case then this link will tell you everything you need to know.

Tldr: She's not supposed to get pregnant. Once she gets pregnant while in work permit, no matter if she aborts ior not she has effectively broken the condition of her work permit. Unless you want to marry her and take responsibility, and even that you need to get permission first from MOM if you wish to marry in Singapore. Otherwise, you can marry her but you risk her work permit status straightaway.

Aborting outside Singapore and not telling anyone about it seems to be the only easy way to keep her WP. Must do this quickly because all WP holders need to go for medical every 6 months.......

if she abort in sg, she will have to register using her work pass. And MOM will be informed that she is pregnant. WP will probably be cancelled as WP holder can't be pregnant while in employment in sg.

She cannot get an abortion here. Probably she can keep your baby and you keep her as a mistress overseas or she goes for abortion overseas. Needless to say I am not in favor of abortion as it's sinful to take away a life. :(

Legally, she can't. In a way, she had violated the labour law the moment she got pregnant. No amount of appeal or MP will help even its a legit relationship, mistress lagi no need to talk liaoz.

Yeah, with connection n a deep pocket, there is one smacked right in town! lol
