There seems to be some forum error where the pages are not loading correctly as this is error "waiting for c.statcounter.com"

Could someone in the admin try to resolve this issue

Nope I did nothing.

Very often a glitch like that gets stuck in your browser cache so the browser keeps serving the error message even though the issue is gone.
