How do I know it is a STD or is it just a normal hygiene thing? or due to other thing?

realli got ants eh, no wonder TS is feeling abit anxious :D

if use ant spray to get rid of the ants, will the ants spray also kill the bird at the same time? Please advise.

It could be that bro, try using some moisturizer or vaseline and see if it helps because it could just mean extremely dry skin as well

Properly bacteria from sweat or never wash properly underwear. If in doubt, seek doctor help. I went once before to polyclinic and it was a female doctor who checked me. That happen the nurses will too busy running around so only the female doctor and I were left in the room. She asked is it ok and I told her fine. She put on gloves and proceed to touch and inspect my dick.

Overall, she told me is fungus infection and gave me cream back home to put on

Might be mild piles. Check with a General Surgeon or Specialist to confirm
