Asking if any supplements in GNC can solve this issues ?
I am 33 and been experiencing cumming too fast.. fast as in less than 5 min during penetration .. is there any other way that can reduce the sensitivity of my small head so that it last longer ?

Does your issue of cumming early occur in all situations or only during certain situations only TS?

All situation , Hj BJ as well the same
First shot less than 5 min .... second shot 7-10 min

Sometimes hard to erect again for second shot no matter how hot the girl is ... please advise

Priligy works.

How long one has to take priligy can vary widely. Generally as males get older they regain control because the penis becomes less sensitive with age.

As for Docdonald it's a Singapore registered company so I assume that everything is approved for sale.

I used to have this problem too.
Didn't want to take medication or anything invasive.
Happened to read up on Kegel exercises for men.

Been trying it for a few months and there seems to be some improvement.
It even seems to improve the hardness of erection also.
