Of course not all Singaporean woman are driven by money . At least my mother choose to marry a dude whom ride a RXK135 and live in a rental flat .

Look at our surroundings , colleagues , neighbors etc , how many couples get together , married start a family then have children are based on money ? Most of all are not rich or wealthy in the first place . if love , marriage , relationship are based purely on money , , status then 99% of my neighbors , neighborhood are left with nothing but all single mr / mrs lonely .
To begin with , most Singaporean men are usually born poor . but yet we see plenty of successful marriage in our surroundings neighborhood .

I understand Not all married are cause by that spark of love , but most marriage are caused by the first spark of love , without that spark you won't have marriage couples or family children's to speak of .

When 1 have a fail marriage or relationships , we tend to find a reason which had cause all the fails , there's many reason for all this , maybe it's fate doings or due to predestined or Destiny whatever you call it , or he , she , me or you had met the wrong person .

Poor , rich or not is not a problem in love love relationships , a lot of Singaporean poor men got to married with Singaporean girl too had blissful long-lasting family life .
