Seriously seeking advice on STD/NGU problem

Hi fellow forumer, I am seeking advice from any of you whom have read this post and had experience on STD or NGU before (Or any medical experts here).

On Aug 2019, I experienced the pain sensation at the penis opening and went to a private clinic for diagnose (exposure on last week of July 2019). Doctor gave me an injection and antibotics to take for two weeks. This last for a few weeks (with injection and different types of antibotics) until I was asked to do a full STD test (11 Sep 2019). Report shows that I have HSV-1 postitive while the rest are all negative. However, I do still feel some pain near the head of the penis and was advised to do a mycoplasma test(23 Sep 2019) to check for uncommon bacteria and results shows that there are no growth of M.hominis and u.urealyticum.

At this point of time I felt pain in the middle shaft (while pain at opening is gone) around October and doctor said that I most probably caught NGU and was given doxycline and metromodazole till now (this is the 5th week). Condition of pain from middle shaft shifted to middle of the penis head (i can feel pain inside if pressed from both sideway instead of up and down) and then slowly moved nearer to the penis opening (not yet). Also a sudden pain might comes once a day that can last for 30sec to 1 min or just afew sec and gone.

I am curious that all these while when results are negative, how does doctor determine what kinds of medicine and injection that I should take?

Therefore,I seek advice from fellow forumer or medical expert on what should I do next if the pain still persist. (I believe I have taken almost all kinds antibotics and injection since Aug till now. Very tiring already and moral is low…). I really dont know what to do next liao...

I have attached my report also for your reference.

Maybe you can see a urologist..
I ate 2 round of medication and doc say if I not recover need to see urologist to drain out. Maybe you can try change different kind of antibiotics. My 2nd round I ate different kind of antibiotics and did a swap test twice and all cleared result

Agreed, this is probably the best solution if it does not clear up

Noted. If not wrong, urologist charges are quite expensive? just wonder anyway to visit them with subsidies charges and earlier appointment (i guess polyclinic referral will be afew months later).

Or should i go to DSC to check for a second opinion? As till now i still dont know what i caught when the test are all negative (except HSV-1) and taking different kinds of antibotics...

Antibiotics are like the various types of army in game. Short bowman, long bowman, cavalry, infantry, armor infantry etc. So right now your dick kana under siege. You SOS for help and external reinforcement airdrop bowman for you which supposedly help you kill the enemies. At first its effective killing the normal infantry but later the enemies change strategy and bang you again and again. Just as you tot already kill all the enemies, suddenly they level up! And evolved into heavy infantry with resistance power to your bowman. So you keep adjusting your armies combi to fight off the enemies.

If after trying all the combi and failed.... it simply mean game over.

Seek second opinion if necessary. Do remember tell the next DR what treatment/meds given etc. Drink more water and keep clean is the basic. Avoid sexual activities and masturbating.

So it means that when even all reports are cleared, it will then base on doctor experience to judge which medicine to be given?

Ttsh bro. U can go to the A&e to get the referral. The specialist is private and is also located in the hospital itself. U tell them is urgent and they will fix the appointment asap. The specialist don't take walk in customer. Just found out from my friend.

Thats why we sometime hear pp say "大医生" aka big DR. That is to differentiate the DR seniority or experience. Then got some they are specialized in certain areas of medicine. I'm sure you seen in movies/drama a group of doctors discuss about a patient illness or causes or treatment to be given. There are some private DR when they can't or unsure about certain cases, they may end up calling their mates/buddy for their opinions also.

For example, you went around seeing all the DR and really finish up all the common antibiotics or even the so call "strong" ones, maybe you should go see a "specialist" DR who in their lifetime seen "a lot" of penis issues. They may give you other meds or suggest you take other test for other kind of bacteria etc or even poke a scope into your penis to see whats wrong inside. Some more medicine also got cheap and expensive one. In most cases they start with not expensive one. Basically we are live human experiment for the DR.

If you suffer from certain health issues for months, best is go see a specialist DR. If don't want bill shock, go via the usual route by getting referral letter to see the hospital specialist clinic DR.

Oh ya, you since you are paying for DR consultation, don't feel shy to ASK that DR all those questions you been asking everyone here. 55555

医生,我的弟弟到底怎么了?吃完这些药不好怎么办?

Today I went to Dr Tan & Partner at novena medical centre to seek for a 2nd advice. Urine sample and Swab test was done. I never know swab test is so painful until i experience it today. I hope this time round it can shed some light on what happen to my didi.

I appreciate your detailed advice and will take note of it. Hope and pray i dont need to go to the extend to see the "大医生" specialist.
