Ever since the start of CB
Everyday stay at home with wife. Recently, i cannot hold erection with my wife anymore. Fxxk halfway , my cock goes soft. She is very pissed off and start suspecting things and that. She insisted that i have masturbated. But actual fact is i have not done anything. I went to seek GP , but during this GP period, there were not able to attend to me as it is non essential. i am wondering how can i find help or medication to help me. I am coming short of excuses for why am i not able to sustain erection. Thank you. Please do PM me |

This sounds more like an arousal issue rather than a physical problem.
The fact that she gets pissed off could be adding to the anxiety which makes matters even worse because anxiety kills erections very quickly. If you can get it up to begin with it points to the fact that there is physically nothing wrong with your blood flow. The issue is all about maintaining arousal. The first step in repairing this situation is to get your wife to be more understanding and more supportive. Men need to be turned on in order to get an erection. If she's doing the opposite the dynamics between the two of you need to be sorted out. Quote:

Hi bro, i can relate to this since i had this problem and only recently did i succeed in making it better. Age and health could be factors and there is definitely some performance anxiety issues here. How i solved this:
1. Exercise is really important. I alternate between cardio and heavy weight workouts everyday till i could see improvement. Then sustain it 2. Include deep squats as part of workout. Really helps with down there 3. Kegel exercises help too. Google it if you are unsure 4. Start intermittent fasting. It really helps boost testosterone levels up and helps in your libido. What i do is not to eat after 7pm, allow at least 16 hours fast though the night and only have breakfast about 11am, everyday. You will be surprised at the immediate effects 5. For performance issues initially, i rely on a penis ring to keep it hard so i have more confidence that it will stay hard. Once the confidence is up, you can gradually off using it. But of course you will have to explain to missus and get her acceptance. Hope this helps. |

I understand, i have same experience before.
Put thing up, few things need to build up 1. Exercise with dumbell, important to build up muscle 2. Cut Off carbo, and cut Off sweet drinks 3. Joging 4. Make sure you loss some weight 5. Take early dinner, about 7pm, and if hungry eat fruits. 6. After 1 week, you feel effect, before bed, think something that Make you High, and continue with wife. It will help |

I can relate to this at one point in my late 20s and can attest that regular exercise and healthy diet fixed it.
I was going through quite a stressful time in my career life, and the after-work drinking sessions only made things worse. So I took steps to fix my habits and slowly things got better. |

if u eat hokkien mee every single day for many years.. u also want to vomit. U go try other type of food, sure very "hungry" one ...
i think cannot be avoided one... maybe the frequency must lessen liao .. maybe one mth once hokkien mee maybe the craving will come back.. In the meantime go out eat other type of food :) |

bro i have the exact same problem sometime back also. it's even up to the point that i suspected i have ED. Mine was really psychological as the first time it happened, i fret out.. and the next time it happened again and the next.. for me, when it happened the first time.. it was due to being physically worn out and tired.. but the subsequent vicious cycle was in the mind.. the more i think about keeping it up.. the further it goes down. :(
i won't say it will work for everyone but what i did was pretty much the opposite by expecting it to happen and knowing that i will be able to bring it back up in a while.. but of course CO was considerably accommodating cos when it goes down. we have other fun instead. then slowly the problem goes off by itself. now occasionally it does happen again but i guess.. used to it until it doesn't matter. |

I'm experiencing the same for 6 months or so. Was thinking of going to doctor to ask. But then realised that it is arousal issue as opposed to ED. Also often I release very quickly (cannot hold). As a few Bros mentioned I'll try to do some exercise which I stopped during CB. In the meantime a couple of questions.
1. Never tried anything like viagra/cialis before. Was thinking of trying. What are some reliable sites to buy? Or do I have to see a doctor? 2. I take high blood pressure medicine daily (Low dosage of 150 mg Tensiber, Irbesartan). Can that be taken with Viagra/Cialis etc? 3. Do the delay sprays work? Seen some advertisements. Any brand that you have used that you recommend? Thanks a lot for your expert help. |
