hi guys. there is this white small bump on my tongue for 1 week and it's not getting smaller nor going away. is this something that should worry me? like some kinda wart on my tongue or something?

not exactly painful when eating but just some discomfort when i touch it. it's not as painful as how a tongue ulcer will feel
