Want to share my ED journey. im sure many bros are in my situation and may not have ideas on how to manage, so i hope my sharing will help bros get over this.

i am relatively young, have a lovely gf as well who has a high sex drive, usually wanna sex without condom once a week, damn shiok right haha, but i have a mild ED, little bro not stiff at times, and i have been relying on cialis which i bought from noah ($58 for 4 pills) for awhile.

Usually can hard when she bj me and eat her damn shiok but i always lose my erection, or when bj me liao i quickly need to put inside else wont be hard anymore.

Went on google to try finding some resources on what other options i have, and chance upon this treatment called ESWT or Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy, which uses some shockwave to aim at ltitle bro to spur new growth of blood vessels, so can have more blood flow, with quite highly approved treatment even offered in public hospitals, i thought ok la lets try this, hopefully will make my ed better.

Found a clinic (Zest Clinic at Marine parade) which they offer such treatment, and doc is quite highly reviewed and respected in the field. total around 250 per session provided u take a package like 6-10 sessions. Doc said will have blood vessels grown aft this treatment which can last years or even decades.

Doc also suggested to train my pelvic floor muscle using kegel but if lazy to train, they got machine which helps also called EMS or Electromagnetic Stimulation which helps to stimulate the msucle responsible for erections and bladder control up to 80% compared to regular kegel which targets 20%. So i try both sessions hopefully will help in my treatments.

Doc prescibed a 5mg tadalif to eat for 1 mth everyday to help spur the new blood vessels and have to return twice per week for the session, within 1 mth, or 4 sessions or so, can feel diff alr.

Excited on this journey, hopefully it works! total cost $250 -$300 per session.

ESWT , the doc will put some machine on my little bro to send shockwaves which i dont feel anything thankfully just slight tingly at certain areas, and the EMS one feels quite interesting as it forces ur butt and pelvic muscle to contract n relax, overall can feel my muscle getting worked up.

I'm doing this treatment too, some of my inputs in this post above. But I'm single and just doing this for fun and to improve. If u add it up its a hefty cost so this treatment is the only 1 I'm going for.

I'm 5 or 6 sessions in. There are improvements but honestly overall its not really a huge difference, especially if your baseline before treatment was already decent.

btw 5mg per day, is it really necessary? I take non-prescribed ones which are much cheaper and take 10mg (half a pill of 20mg), only when I need it. So its just occasionally. The effects also last 2 days btw.

This can be a mental thing or perhaps you jerk off yourself too often that you need a couple days off.
Or had consumed things like too much alcohol before sex.

Thanks bro for ur sharing as well, im in my 2nd session so far, i can feel a little bit harder, not too sure is it a psycho thing haha, but guess its subjective. The 5mg as mentioned by doc is to speed up the blood vessel growth, not too sure but it cost me like $100+ for 30days worth of 5mg of tadalif so still ok ba the cost.

Yes i agree with u its a hefty treatment, but as long as it helps i think im ok to pay
