The case is about underage prostitution, bro. Prostitutes have to be above 18, covered under Section 376B in the Penal Code.

Here is the easy read. Section 376A of the Penal Code here says its illegal if the girl is under 16.

With that in mind, TS is not wrong.

The law is extremely ambigious when it comes to this section.
