Just my 2yen .... I have yet to come across a forum whose head is able to handle so many queries/feedbacks/complaints/requests, etc with a cool and composed self.
That's why, I am very supportive of this forum.
There is no perfect forum .... Close one eye for some cases .... Just whack for other cases
