There are probably some in various places, in the end it's up to your own choice since you will be picking which girl. And if you can't tell if they are PRC or Korean, then... it doesn't matter no? hehe...
They probably accept Visa etc but Japan in general is Cash Society, best just bring cash when visiting them. But there are stores that you can register to become member and have access to certain girls not available for non-members, VIP Only etc.
Probably a lot non-JP in Kabukicho area though.
