My reply was to bro ownage_sex posting on going to Turkey. Nowhere did I mention about Central Asia. And Turkey is very close to the war zone where the allies are fighting the IS militants. The Malaysian government is very interested in persons going there and has been contacting these people. I know that is happening because I am a Malaysian and have close friends working in the government too.
