i've already given partial payment, has tried to send, but slow transfer rate and cancelled.
claims lack of reply was due to reuploading on mega.
refuses to send me links for individual files (it would've been fair since he has gotten partial payment)
refuses to refund money.
claims he has other trades but only has 2 skype contacts.
