Are you talking about Mscps? Then it depends.
Mscps tend to have more 'family oriented' people around. Families with kids, carpark wardens, building securities, ah bengs with bicycles or e-scooters. These types are quick to whip their phones and record video ones. So a bit risky, some more my car a bit prominent lol. Dunt want end up in whatsapp groups or worse, Stomp.
On the other hand, we dunt care much about Banglas (newly built construction hdbs and mscps), resident peepers on foot or in their vehicles (Seletar Mandai, Fort Canning)..
