No doubt I understand and appreciate that shutting down schools is a complex issue...
But that is a totally separate matter from the fundamental vital public health risk policy with regards to Covid-19...
If the government/MoH takes the view that it is still safe from a public health risk standpoint to keep schools open, then I fail to see the justification for closing down tuition centres....
It makes no sense, especially with smaller groups at the tuition centres....also I am sure the tuition centres would be able to comply with the same public health hygiene protocols which apply to the schools...
