Bro, I feel for you.
If your profession is result based then lan lan must follow orders, but if your job is a fix hourly, monthly salary kind, at 7pm I will off my comp liao, anything else can settle the next working day. I won't even bother replying the first message.
Need to stay firm with all this issue otherwise your colleagues will push you around.
