That sign was put up before the start of the previous Phase 2 HA.
Last weekend in the morning saw BoBo going back to her shop to take some of her stuff, not to work. She was dressed very casually with no make up, hardly can recognise her in that look. Judging by her plain casual attire, maybe she staying nearby.
