I do get what you mean but some people tend to feel that when you use vr headsets with those that have inbuilt earphones they feel that that there is a kind of surround sound effect so whether you like vr headsets with or without inbuilt earphones depends on what you prefer

http://vrscenarios.synergize.co and they seem to carry both the vr headsets that seem to have those vr headset with or without earphones so they do have an option for you to select from if you want
