I think they masquerade as "modelling or idol" agency that target those XMM hoping to be a model or idol. Those documents asking those XMM to show their "spec" if I were not mistaken ( Again I could be wrong as I am a banana myself). She is not the only one, there are few other XMM as well if not mistaken
