Bro wurkafeela, your budget of SDG 3.5-4K is well more than enough already. For GFE really depends on your chemistry with the FL.....suggest you try ST 1st & if can click then extend to LT.
Also, for higher standards (more sophisticated with good english) ladies can try agents Tonybkk or Jane services.
As for soapy or massage places, can try both for the experience. Also, recommend to drop by & try out Butterfly Massage (1st choice to get jacuzzi room) near to Phrom Phong BTS.
