I also told her it was ok so she took a look at her phone, did not answer, then told me it was a rtf customer. Phone stopped ringing, then ring again, stopped and again, stopped and again. She was kind enough to put it to silent mode then. Must be a bro really in need! But I was in need too what!! Same thing with Carol from the same house, great customer service and professional attitude.
The only ones that will not hesitate to take calls in the midst are those FL PRCs "wei, wo zai zuo gong.."
