How long have you taken this supplement? What's the effect? I used to hit the gym every alternate days in a week many years back when I'm into bodybuilding, took plenty of weight/mass gainer powder too. Nowadays no gym buddy lah, I did try weight lifting at home after work but nowadays don't have such strong determination. Focusing more towards making money..lol
Old liao lah, 2011 I'll be 36....can't imagine another 4 years down the road I'll reach 40...gosh. I still do clubbing, chill out etc. Wonder will I still be that active by then.
