This may be alittle off topic but does any of the bros here know if its better to change TWD in singapore or in taipei?
According to xe.com, the rate is 23.26 (for 1 sing dollar). But most of the money changers at the arcade or peoples park only quote 22.5-22.6.
I also notice that as compared to HKD or RMB, the TWD rates offered in singapore are quite far off from the market rates.
Would it the exchange rate be better if i were to change in taipei?
