Also beware that the 2 times I was in Barretto, the "runners disease" have also reached Subic. Caught a runner each time I was there regardless of asking all the preview questions (ex: stay LT till 9-10am--yeah right).
Runners were about 1 in 5 (20%) when I last visited but still slightly less than the runner rate of over 30% (about 1 in 3) in AC the few times I was there.
20% N 30% R very high numbers imo
looks like very bad runners situation now or is it for asians excl koreans only
