Still have FLs lah..... but now they prefer using apps to being approached in the open. I use mainly wechat and they want live videocall before any hookup. Mainly PRCs but also occasionally locals too with viets, malaysians, pinays, thais making up the rest.
Prices vary so you need to negotiate.
