Attended a wedding at Renaissance JB Hotel so drove in a night before to stay at the hotel.

Went jalan near the hotel and found 玫瑰休息中心 (pink signboard) at Jalan Permas, Bandar Baru Permas Jaya, a 5 mins walk located directly behind the hotel.

Was given a tablet to choose the girls (mix of thai & viet)
