Take the Hibiya line to Minowa, then from the exit, make a left turn and walk straight down. After abt 10 minutes, you will passed by a seven eleven. From here at the next traffic light, cross the road, and walk inside the small street. Abt 3 minutes, you shld be able to see all the soapy massage shop.

The price I paid for 35000 Yen was b4 5pm on a weekday. For weekend, you need to confirm the price with them again. You can also arrange them to pick you up at Ueno JR station.
