i've stayed in Labuan for about 4 years already...here's a tip...
Victoria Execituve Health Centre located near roundabout behind Tabung Haji building...
went there 2 day ago for massage ended up with fj...but be warned...those PRC will surely try to rob you off...so please be smart n never show your wallet to them (from my experience...hehehe )
next you can go abit further down the town...building in front of Hotel Pulau Labuan 2...find Wen Xing Reflexology...so many PRCs...same thing...they will try to rob you...but not all the girls there do FJ...try no 21...tight pussy ang veri girlfriend like...but do not speak english...
