Not exactly finding love but it hits different when I have been visiting her for about a year and a half and she prioritises new customers instead. Forgetting my appt and constantly pushing it forward or back to accommodate other newer customers.
I mean I do understand that they are trying to slot as much as possible but she would upright cancel me if there was a snowball due to the earlier appt e.g. customer being late or extend their time
