I dont know much about this country laws but i have summarised what i can conclude from this situation:
1. If she did abortion, first question that police will ask "it was legal abortion or illegal". If it was legal, it is already recorded and it was happened due to mutual consent. So, there is no law that can give you punishment for something that happened due to mutual agreement. If it was illegal, then she will be charged as criminal. There is no such evidence that she can prove that you forced her to go for abortion. There is no video or audio evidence and she will be responsible for this killing. Even if she has evidence, still she is equally responsible for this killing and she will get the equal punishment. So, she will never mention this abortion in her legal statement. If she wanna write, her lawyer will warn her that she will get the equal punishment. So, exclude this option number one from your fear list. Id she already wrote this in a police report, she is already in hot waters. You can simply say how can i force her to do something if she is not willing.
2. You are afraid that your parents will know that you were fucking a girl all the time. I am sure they already know all this. So, take it easy and simply tell them "i was serious but that bitch does not deserve me, she put a false blame on me because she is looser."
3. There is no civil action in this situation. No one will quarantine you, dont worry.
4. You need to relax your mid. The best way is "find some other bitch and start fucking her till you forget your ex, and then search for someone new".
