"What supplements to be taken daily" reference, please read.

Evening Primrose Oil- When a woman takes epo at the first time, it is recommended to be taken 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules at night, of 1000mg. When you have get used and feel changes in your body you can reduce to 2 capsules twice a day. And finally one capsule twice a day. It is not only as anti-imflammatory effect but will also takes good care of your skin, acne problems, eczema, healthy nails or hair, and reduces the chances of getting Alzeimer's disease. Man can take with bio-Zinc to enhance the effect of replenishing hair lost. Good branded EPO is Kordel's, Blackmore, Seaven Seas, and Health Farm etc.

Q10 and L carnitine-Because our heart pumps up blood everyday, it needs much more energy for sustaining its function. A good energiser is Q10 and L Carnitine, which is hydrosoluble most recommended. Biological terms tell us that L-carnitine and Coenzyme Q10 enhances the energy production in Mitochondria( places where energy is being synthesized within cells). A recommeded brand is Q-Gel Carni 30mg. It is hydrosoluble which dissolve in our blood system easily. Besides as an energiser, it removes toxins from body, defences against Bacteria and viral infection, and also regulating organ functions. Our heart can't survive without it. For those who experiencing bleeding when brushing teeth, taking Coenzyme Q10 will help minimise the problem.

Fish Oil-Conventional fish oil consists of 300mg Omega-3 combination of 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA in each 1000mg capsule. The basic function of fish oil is as an anti-inflammatory agent, aid blood flow, reduces triglyceride and cholesterol, hence reduces the chances of getting heart attack because of cholesterol residues lining in blood vessels. We cannot get enough Omega 3 from EPO and normal fish because only Fish live in cold wheather will produces a layer of fat as insulator and this layer of fat is the essential oil we need. It is recommended to take 4000mg of fish oil daily, that will ensure you to get 1200mg of Omega3.

Constipation-When lack of fibre in our colon, stool will get hard and difficult to be removed. Taking each glass of Fiber, Alfafa liquid orSpirulina will ensures to reduce constipation.

Vitamin-We do have to take vitamin daily, which sometimes ain't enough from only dishes we eat. But if we want to get good health of heart and reduces Diabetic problems vitamin E is a good choice.
