Initially I did not want to make this public but since the operator's reply to my feedback was so short and sweet and bochup I think fellow chiongsters need to be warned.
Even if he lied to me and said it was his mistake, together with an insincere apology I would have gave him a benefit of a doubt and believed him but a "wait i check" and then no sound no picture, that made me really pissed off.

The "mistakenly assigned girl" to me was also Ivy. Now understand the reason for OKT's intentional mistake (saggy boobs). I can feel your disappointment because her face looked nice as you reported.
