Nite time usually not accurate de...early morning see,late morning then chng. Sat & Sun chng money wil be lagi more tricky.  |
This is very good advice. I am on the way back from a 2 nights trip. Came in on Saturday and changed only $150 at 9,720. Changed so little as I have balance from previous trip. Reached Batam centre at about 10:30 am, but the crowd is very bad. Took about 40 minutes to clear immigration. So, it's about 11 am when I made the money change.
