I personally have the same experience as you, let me share my thoughts here.
I think that most WL/FL are human (duh...) and they like to excel at their job, and of course, get the approval of the client. So, if a client seem to be damn hamsup when the door close, no matter how shy the person is, they will reciprocate.
I also noticed that when the girl is acting cold, and I do not take the initiative to break the ice or hamsup her, it will be a very poor session. I think they also scared that you will reject her or react poorly (thus it is a vicious cycle)
On the other hand, when the girl looks cold, and I do some small talk, hamsup her in the room, it will usually be a good session.
My conclusion is that, although it is quite awkward to act so horny towards a lady that you met for the first time, it will actually translate to better service and session.
