I had frozen shoulder 9 years ago. Just as the right shoulder was getting better the other one froze up.
The only option offered to me was cortisone injections. I declined the offer and decided to just let nature do it's healing. It took a full 18 months before both shoulders were back to normal.
During the episode the hardest task was putting on my T shirt and scratching my back. Sleeping on the affected shoulder was also very uncomfortable.
