If you were to go in depth for SPF yes, they cannot go to pubs that within their division also. But we all are humans, we have our sexual needs. If we don't go geylang, then where else we can go?
Just go geylang during day/go by grab and go back by grab and walk on the shop houses area you should be fine. Police and Aetos will only patrol at the back alleys.
Do whatever you want but don't get caught.
