Went for my virgin IPL session... was a little apprehensive but Cathy was very reassuring and attentive to how I was feeling, checking if I was OK every now and then.

Generally painless session but some sensitive area might sting a bit so be sure to voice out so that she can adjust the intensity accordingly. Now baby smooth and hopefully will last for a while, though I was told to go back for a follow up session in 2 weeks for best effect.

I've been waxing for more than 10 over years.
She will be 1 that I will RTW in future as she is meticulous over the details.
Those that will are not able to be removed by wax, she'll pull it out 1-by-1 using a tweezer.

Another plus point, she's not a time-watcher
