I have consumed 2 bottles so far and i don't seem to feel or see any difference. Still have to rely on my little blue viagra pill every time I go Chionging. Maybe , we have to take for 6 moths or a yaer before we can see any effect.

Tongkat Ali XP was good for me, but now it is off the market. Any Bros. have some to sell?

Having said all this, I think that aerobic exercise is important to keep the energy up and the blood flowing.

wild oats is not meant to give you an instant erection.

There's no basis for comparison with tonkat ali xp, which was laced with a drug found in viagra.

Wild oat have take for long term in order to see the effect.

I also tried 2 bottles of Wild Oat but didn't work for me. I have since switch to Horny Weed and it does increase my semen. I guess also age is catching up with me. I am also taking "M~E~N~T~A~L~K" for about 2 years. I gives me the hardon and also keep my weight down. No doubt it was ban by Govt, I still have supplies to keep me "strong". My supplies are also running out. Bear in mind that there are imitations in the market. So becareful if someone tries to sell you. You need to get from reliable source.

So far, I have gone for my medical checkup, my organs are still functioning well.... no side effects.

I'll normally use the traditional Tongkat Ali - the root shaving version = )
Works wonders for me - not a big fan of pills

Presently I'm taking GNC Zinc and Tongkat Ali 60 vegetable capsules which cost $60+. I took both of these really help me to get hard again and improve my sperms too, The Tongkat Ali capsules can obtain from guardian or pharmacy.

Pls do not flame me..not every medicine suit everybody..

Although I am telling you this, I don't think you'll be able to get it over the counter unless you ask for it from your GP, or order online.
