OKTs from L1669, 1606, W02, 2831A, 2045A, W04 and 1429 have good PR skill in general. In fact, OKT Alibaba @ 1606A, OKT Tommy @ 1612, OKT Lorna & OKT Asst Gorden @ 1651 are fine though not the best. OKT Asst, David @ 2036 together with the skinny OKT Asst with Mickey Mouse ears @ W12 belong to the group of OKT with the worse PR skill. Attitude of WLs from 2036 are also the worse in GL CAT150. I can’t criticise other CAT as I only patronise CAT150 to date.

2047 okt and 1649 lady auntie also show attitude to new customer. But they are quite OK when you are regular or you tell them the which girl you want at the start. I find 2058 auntie also very friendly, but seems like they don't have gals at the moment.

AH Peng from 2047 has improved tremendously in customer service compared to those days when he manned W19 ... actually OKT Peter, Garrick & Meng, Ah Heng, Ah Seng and OKT botak’s specky Asst are ok folks if one knows how to interact with them. Not sure about others, these folks treated me with respect wherever I patronised their shops. As the saying goes, respect begets respect ...

If any OKT dares to act like gangster, incite violence and/or threaten customers, the customer could simply lodge an official complain to Av/Police and press charges against that particular shop staff, that fuck shop concerned would definitely be in hot soup ... likely to be suspended or close shop. Happened b4 when W02 WL solicited and harassed punters via wechat ... this shop was suspended for a week. But this is less serious compared to the above.
