Why must it be only UOB? On suk main tourist stretch, money changers aplenty -almost every corner. Both housed in malls/shops and stand alone units. Unless you changing big bucks, minor diff will not be worth your while.

thailand economy have suffer many times in the last 30yrs and yet after a few yrs, they forgot abt it and start the ball rolling again ...
